Eldon Wesley Chai Souza, 69, of Waianae, a retired city Refuse Division crew leader, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Andra, sons Eldon G. and Justin, daughter Kiana Rivera, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
