74Chiyoko T. "Janice" Cummings, 84, of Kailua, a retired state clerk and stenographer, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Jonah; daughters Myrah Kim, Marylee "Lei" Colucci and Jackie "Kaui" Stevens; brothers Shigeru "Mike" and Kiyoshi "Mike" Tsukayama; sisters Mary Tanouye and Alice Miggins; 14 grandchildren; ad 14 great-grandchildren.
