Herbert De Lima, 94, of Kaneohe, a retired Navy Public Works Center maintenance foreman and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Sharon Morris and Nedra De Lima, brothers Clifford and Walter, sister Hazel Wilson, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
