Todd Anthony Brown, 47, of Aiea, a Navy retiree, died at home. He was born in Raleigh, N.C. He is survived by daughters Jasmine and Alexandra. Inurnment: 1 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
