Dave Susumu "Sus" Hiraiwa, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 52 electrical engineer and an Army veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, 3rd Battalion Headquarters Company, died in Hale Ola Kino. He was born in Wainaku, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Gary I. and Hiroshi, and sisters Masako Suehiro and Shirley C. Isagawa. Private services.
