Visitation:1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew's Cathedral in Honolulu. Mass: 2 p.m. Additional visitation:9 a.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, Kapaau, Big Island. Mass:10 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Augustine Church Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers.
