76Tomie Okada, 88, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Calvin and Howard; daughter Amy; brothers Isamu, Sadamu and Jack Shibata; sisters May Yamamoto and Alice Satsuma; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
