75Alfreda Kuualoha "Freda" Luhe, 56, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker and former bus driver, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion Calypso Dinson; sons Kawika and Pono Machado, and Kapua Luhe; brothers Charles and Ralph Machado; sister Charleen Wolske; and 10 grandchildren. Services at a later date.
