Ronald Francis Conroy, 69, of Kerrville, Texas, a retired Federal Aviation Administration air traffic controller who worked at Kennedy, LaGuardia, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Honolulu airports, and who was the FAA operations manager for New England on 9/11, as well as an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in San Antonio. He was born in Norristown, Pa. No known survivors. No services.
