81Mark Sal Garcia, 33, of Kailua, chief operating officer of MOC (Motor Oil Conditioner) Hawaii LLC, died in Honolulu. He was born in Escondido, Calif. He is survived by wife Chivon, son Caleb, daughter Daneé, parents Sal and Sabas, and brothers Richard and David. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Final services at a later date on the mainland. Casual attire; shorts and slippers. Lei welcome. Donations suggested to the Mark S.
