Robert H. Tsuchiya, 79, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Ford Motor Co. automotive mechanic, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by sisters Eleanor Sasaki, Elsie Koigawachi and Gladys Yamashiro. Private services. Donations suggested to Kauai Hospice.
