78Isami "Cassie" Kawano, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Equipment Co. employee, died in Islands Hospice Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Wayne T., daughter Lynn K. Liu, sisters Evelyn Morita and Lillian Otake, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
