Richard Satoru Okumura, 92, of Honolulu, a retired bus operator and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Bryant and Jerel, daughter Sandra N. Gill, brother Yoshiwo, sister Elsie Araki, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
