81Matthew Keonaona Ryan, 73, ofKailua, a retired state Department of Agriculture meat inspector, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wifeMona N. Stern-Ryan; son Matthew "Keo" Jr.; daughters Laulani Sesma, Rhonda Roldan, Tricia-Lynn Yamashita and Starr Martinez; sisters Patricia L. Doerfler and Sheila L. Loughran; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at 41-420 Saddle City Road, Waimanalo. Celebration of life: 2:30 p.m. Casual attire.
