72Manuel Planesi, also known as "Manny" and "Boy," 67, of Kahului, a retired salesman and entrepreneur, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Barbara; son Derwin; daughters Sonia Cabacungan, Kelly Cardenas and Mona Cardona; brothers Leslie and Jeff Pagan; sisters Linda Saranillio, Betty Texeira, Jane Ortiz and Kathleen Sandoval; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
