72Pamela Sue "Pam" Gorman, 25, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a Merriman's Restaurant waitress, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Sonora, Calif. She is survived by companion Jason Afaga, son Wrigley Afaga, daughters Makenzie and Ailee Afaga, father John, mother Ann Marie Bicchinella and brothers John and Kyle. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Scared Heart Catholic Church, Hawi. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi County Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
