74Santos Dahilig Oasay, 75, of Pearl City, a retired Woerner Turf laborer, died in Pearl City. He was born in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Bienvenida P.; sons Oliver and J.R.; daughters Marilou O. Angeles, Madelyn Pascua, Lorna Uy, Liza Oasay, Genalyn Agaran and Michelle Mariano; brothers Peter, Generoso, Pacifico and Lincoln Oasay, and Christopher Wasay; sister Felicitas Pascua; 12 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
