Robert Chin Sing Won, 89, of Aiea, a retired machinist at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Air Force retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Leonard H.N.Y. and a grandchild. Private services.
