79Yoshiko Takara, 93, of Honolulu, a former Kaimuki Inn employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Okinawa, Japan. She is survived by son Lawrence; daughters Kathie Takara, Eleanor Yamauchi, Joyce Ganeko, Janet Nishihira, Ethel Motooka, Suzanne Urada, Amy Arakaki and Caroline Odo; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
