Richard Koichi Ogata, 96, of Honolulu, a retired Meadow Gold Dairies plant employee and an Army veteran, died in Convalescent Center of Honolulu. He was born in Keahua, Maui. He is survived by wife Grace H., daughter Gail C. Harada, brother Jerry and sister Charlotte Hama-saki. Private services.
