77Barbara Jade Tokuda, 57, of Honolulu, a dental assistant for Duane Tamashiro D.D.S., died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by parents Seiji "Ray" and Trudy, brother Raymond and sisters Susan Leong, Grace Tokuda, Trudy Wong and Tricia Alquisa. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace, Honolulu. Mass: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
