74Felicidad "Fely" Otis, 73, of Honolulu, a housekeeper and mess hall supervisor for the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, died in Honolulu. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by sons Daniel M. and William J. Ceniza, Johnson Puou Jr. and Ricardo Yadao; daughters Trina L. and Leticia Mae Pitts, and Jessica H. Docktor-Pitts; and sisters Luella K.
