Edmund Lai Quon Luke, 88, of Kailua, a city Refuse Division employee and an Army veteran, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Hono-lulu. He is survived by brother Harry L.M. and sister Lily M.T. Private services. Additional information for an obituary published Thursday.
