Kenneth Tadashi Okazaki, 81, of Hono-lulu, a retired First Hawaiian Bank trust officer and an Army retiree, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Joel R. and Jon M.; daughter Joanne S.O. Do; caregiver David Do; sisters Janet M. Sato, Evelyn S. Masuoka and Peggy H. Kwok; and three grandchildren. Private services.
