FREDERICK FRED TAKAKI Age 77, of Mililani, HI, passed away November 17, 2013 in Honolulu. Born April 22, 1936 in Honolulu, HI. Fred was a retired accountant. He is survived by brother, Carl (Racheal) Takaki; sisters, Blanche Devney of Mass., Eleanor (Winfred) Yee, Elaine Kakigi. Private services were held.
