81Amy Eiko Nakasone, 64, of Mililani, a retired accountant, died in Wahiawa General Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Walter M., daughters Jan Y. Nakasone and Caroline E. Kim, brothers Jackson and Terry Miyagawa, and three grandchildren. Private services.
