He is survived by wife Amy; sons Donovan and Donomic; daughter Nicole; brother Kelbert; sisters Karen Wagner and Kennydene Kealoha; half brothers Kendall and Terrance; half sisters Avis Visaya, Glennys Kealoha and Sandralene Apolo; and three grandchildren.
