69Reymunda "Mona" Apana, 82, of Kapaa, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by brother Jose Ontoy and sister Rose Paden. Visitation: 9 a.m. Dec. 20 at Kapaa First Hawaiian Church. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire.
