74Veronica Ibera, 82, of Keaau, Hawaii, a homemaker, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Maggie Shapiro and Carolyn Conol, brothers Pete and Monico Nelmida, sister Herminia Quero, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Committal services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire.
