Bernard Hosea Mahuiki Sr., 70, of Anahola, Kauai, a retired Kauai County equipment operator, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Haena, Kauai. He is survived by wife Theresa, son Bernard Jr., daughter Terri-Ellen Sembrano, brother Samson Sr., sisters Marie Inouye and Luka Mahuiki, and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Sunday at the family residence, 3860 Konona Road, Anahola.
