Hisayo Y. Akama, 95, of Kapaa, Kauai, owner of Yukimura Store, died at home. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son Roger; daughter Jean; sisters Kimie Ozaki, Mitsue Kataoka and Yuriko Nanbu; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Dec. 27 at Kapaa United Church of Christ. Services: 10 a.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
