79Chiyoko Vivian Chalker, 85, of Aiea, a staffing specialist at Fort Shafter, died in Aiea. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Jack L.; sons Maurice L., Anthony L. and Michael L.; daughter A. Leiomi Yamashita; sisters Tomayo M. Adolpho and Yae C. Dang; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
