He is survived by son, Richard H. (Gail) Miyamoto; daughter, Janice M. (Lawrence) Chew; brother, George (Pat) Miyamoto; sisters, Nancy Miura, Thelma Kimura; 6 grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Saturday (Dec 21) at the Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 10:00 a.m. Burial 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. No flowers, please.
