74Yasuo Kotaka, 87, of Lodi, Calif., a retired painting contractor and maintenance engineer at McDonnell Douglas, died in Lodi. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Fumiye, sons Denis and Dean, daughters Gail Asada and Robin Kotaka, brother Richard, sisters Edna Ogata and Colleen Johnson, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services to be held in Lodi.
