79Noel Arcadio Andaya, 49, of Lihue, a bus driver, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Brysen K., daughter Tehane N. Curammeng-Andaya, parents Ernest and Mining, brothers Rafael and Dennis, and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Koloa Missionary Church. Services: 10:30 a.m.
