Arthur V. "Tuffy" Medeiros, 79, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force technical sergeant, Marine Corps veteran and Chaminade University employee, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife June, daughter Melelani Moen and a grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Elks Club, Waikiki.
