Matsuyoshi Arashiro, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Navy civil engineer and an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lawai, Kauai. He is survived by son Dean, daughter Joni Lipsky and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Saturday at Valley of the Temples.
