75Michael Ray Allen, 70, of Ninole, Hawaii, a retired salesman, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Dallas. He is survived by wife Gerry; sons Brandon, Christopher and Stacey; brothers Jerry and Theodore; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
