Mitsuo Tadaki, 89, of Honolulu, a retired insurance salesman and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Kahului. He is survived by sons Ted and Milton, daughters Leona Tadaki-Kam and Haulani Tadaki, eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
