72Bonifacio Donato Tugade, 59, of Honolulu, an employee of Maluhia Long Term Care Health Center, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by companion Hermina "Hermie" Flores; daughters Janelle, Michelle and Valerie; mother Lucila; brothers Wilson, Francisco, Florencio and Roland; sister Concesa Balmania; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
