Wah Tim Lau, 96, of Honolulu, a civil servant and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kai Gok, Canton, China. He is survived by wife Sui Jun, sons Dr. Ernest and Herbert, daughter Linda Niimi and five grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
