Wallace S. Balignasay, 67, of Honolulu, a cabinetmaker and a Navy veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by sons Manni J.K. and Nicolas; brothers Ernest N. and Nelson Balignasay, and Manuel and Guadolphine Balcita; and sisters Virginia Duris, Edwina Villeza, Thelma Tiejerd and Aurora Nerney. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
