Retired as a baker from the Pearl City Highlands Elementary School cafeteria. A former Board of Director member for the Peewee League, Pearl City. A former dancer with the Mabel Yamada Bon Dance Club, Moiliili. She is survived by husband, Richard Yoshio Kotaka; sons, Richard "Ricky" Y. (Joan) Kotaka, Jr., Nelson N. (Sharon) Kotaka; daughters, Barbara (John) Horikoshi-Firebaugh of CA, Debora A. Anzai, Wendy T. (Ben) Goshert; sister, Alice Umeka Fujinaka; 13 grand- children; 22 great-grand- children. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Thursday (August 7) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 10:15 a.m. Burial 11:30 a.m. Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire.
