KAZUTO KAZU IKEDA Kazuto "Kazu" Ikeda, 84, of Kailua, an Army veteran, a retired meat cutter for the Navy Commissary and a retired groundskeeper for the City and County of Honolulu, passed away on July 28, 2014 at Castle Medical Center. He was born in North Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by his beloved wife, Hideko Ikeda; daughters, Gloria Kaneshiro-McCulloch (Bill), Karen Kaneshiro-Ray, Phylis Wooten (Herbert), Muriel Ikeda, Theresa Allen (Thomas) and Justine Ikeda; brother, Yoshiaki Ikeda; sisters, Kay Sui-Fook and Chieko Walker; 13 grand- children and 18 great grand- children. He was a member of the Pali Senior Citizens for nine years. Visitation: 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service at 6:00 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
