Leslie Kuuipo "Ipo" Quartero, 62, of Hinesville, Ga., an Army veteran, died in Hinesville. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Danielle; sons Andres "Jr. Boy," Keala, Kaleo, Kawika, Kuuipo, Kekai, Kaneila and Keola; daughters Uilani Dodd, Kainoa, Kaiwakapu, Kauai, Kamalani and Kaulana Quartero, and Kaeo Rowland; brothers Andres K. III and Lancelot Sr.; and sisters Andrea "Leilani" Werner, Alona Quartero, Leona "Darling" Awai-Hernandez and Mapuana Leiwalo. Services: 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday at Papahana Kuaola, 46-403 Haiku Road, Kaneohe. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Lei welcome.
