Richard Ichiro Fujimoto, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Army Reserve colonel, social worker for the state Department of Health and a delegate to the 1978 Hawaii State Constitutional Convention, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Ward F.N., brother Francis M. and sister Alyce Soranaka. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
