Armando Regenald "Batt" Batungbacal, 79, of Kaneohe, a retired shipfitter at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 11 and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Shirley Ann, sons Ray and Roy, daughter Rona Silva, brothers Robert and Edward, sister Nancy Bagor, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
