79Sylvia K. Yasutake, 71, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a school health nurse, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Jon, daughter Jaime, brother Warren Takagi, sister Lynn Okamura and two grandchildren. Services to be held with husband Kenneth Yasutake's services. Visitation: 2 p.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai, Kauai. Services: 3 p.m. Casual attire.
