ARMANDO BATT BATUNGBACAL Armando R. Batungbacal, age 79, went home to our Heavenly Father on July 25, 2014 at his residence in Kaneohe with his family at his bedside. He was born in Honolulu and raised in Kalihi. He was a proud Army veteran and a retiree of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard where he worked as a Shipfitter for 27 years at Shop 11. He leaves behind his wife Shirley of 51 years, sons Ray (Mary Lou), Roy, and daughter Rona (Keala), 8 grandchildren, a great grandson, brothers Robert and Eddie and sister Nancy. Celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Visitation: 0930-1030, Services: 1030, Burial: 1:00 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe.
