73Otto Tumi Otto, 64, of Waianae, a recycler, died. He was born in Kosrae, Micronesia. He is survived by sons Garrison Wolfgang, and Alex, Allen, Maurik and Reno Otto; daughters Yaeko and Maggie; and six grandchildren. No services. Donations suggested to University of Hawaii Cancer Center, John A. Burns School of Medicine.
